We aim to get your TS cxB pieces to you as quickly as possible! Here's everything you need to know:

Processing Times

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. During collection launches, sales, or pre-orders, please allow a little extra time while we pack everything with care.

Shipping Within Australia

We ship Australia-wide using AUS Post tracked shipping. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and courier delays.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! International orders are sent via tracked services. Delivery timeframes vary by country, but typically range from 7–21 business days.

Important Update for US Customers:

Due to recent changes in US import regulations for goods manufactured overseas (like our beautiful bikinis!), every order shipped to the USA will now be subject to a 34% duty rate (tax) upon arrival, effective May 2, 2025. This tax is payable by you, the recipient, directly to US Customs & Border Protection (CBP) when your package arrives in the USA. These charges are separate from your TSB purchase and shipping fees.

With these new processes, there might also be some small delays in getting your order through US customs. If these duties are not paid, your package may be returned or abandoned.

Please note: Import duties, taxes, or customs fees (if applicable) for all other international destinations remain the responsibility of the customer.

Pre-Orders

If your order includes a pre-order item, your full order will ship once all items are available. We'll keep you updated with timing, and you’ll receive tracking info as soon as it’s on the way.
